Content Policy

1. Purpose

DocLique is designed for legitimate document and productivity work. We maintain this policy to keep the service safe and lawful for all users.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, or any other form of endangerment of minors.
• Involves non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm.
• Promotes or incites terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against any individual or group.
• Is hateful or discriminatory toward individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Contains personal or sensitive information about a third party — such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health records — that you do not have the right to process.
• Is defamatory or fraudulent, including forged identification documents, falsified contracts, or fabricated financial statements.
• Is disinformation or misinformation intended to mislead others.
• Bypasses the access restrictions, encryption, or digital rights management of files belonging to others.
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code, including files disguised as ordinary documents.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not do any of the following:

• Harass, threaten, or target individuals or groups.
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive impersonation.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access data you are not authorized to view.
• Create multiple accounts to get more free credits or introductory benefits than we intend for one person.
• Access the service with automated tools such as bots or scrapers, or resell or redistribute access to it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to derive the source code of the service.

4. AI-Generated Content

DocLique uses language models to generate content. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output you rely on, especially in high-stakes contexts.

The service is built to support your work, not to substitute for your own expertise or for advice from a qualified professional. Where you are required to disclose that AI was involved — whether by law, by professional standards, or by a contract you have entered into — making that disclosure is your responsibility. Presenting AI-assisted output as though it were produced entirely by a person, in a way that could mislead anyone or breach such a requirement, is not permitted.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review reports as quickly as possible.

If you spot a bug, a security gap, or anything else that concerns you about the safety of the service, please report that too. A good-faith report is always allowed, and we will not treat it as a violation of this policy or of our Terms and Conditions.

6. Enforcement

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may remove the offending content, temporarily or permanently ban the account, report the matter to the relevant authorities, or take legal action.

If you believe we have handled your content or your account incorrectly, you can appeal by writing to [email protected]. Tell us which decision you are appealing and why you think it was wrong, and we will look at it again.

The prohibited content and prohibited uses listed in this policy are illustrative and not exhaustive. The fact that we do not automatically block, filter, or otherwise restrict something does not mean that it complies with this policy or with the law. We decide whether a particular use of the service violates the letter or the intent of this policy.
